Prices & Packages
For generic business administration assistance, we have 3 main packages. We can also offer a bespoke and flexible Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) package (please contact us for further details).
10 hours a month
This will be ideal for you if you are just looking for some general administration assistance for a few hours per week.
20 hours a month
This package is perfect if you want daily assistance (Mon-Fri), such as email and calendar management, working out at around an hour of help per day.
40 hours a month
If you are feeling completely snowed under and need saving, but not sure how,
then let us come to the rescue with this package which offers more intensive daily support.

With over 25 years in the Sports and Leisure Industry as well as commercial radio, Lee has operated at a high-level delivering business solutions for a range of companies with a variety of ownership structures.
As Head of Sales for over 10 years he has managed and motivated teams to boost business volume, deliver cost savings and fundamentally increase profitability across several diverse business units.
For example, Lee has worked with a leading sports venue operator successfully designing and implementing rescue packages for sales and operations in their North and South West regions, as well as creating new booking processes to reward loyalty, drive advanced sales and change buyer behaviour with a ‘global’ view to sales, maximising cross selling/regional selling opportunities across their entire business.
He is adept at negotiating lucrative partnerships to drive sales and showcase products and services. He can help you identify objectives, overcome obstacles and motivate teams to deliver high standards, all with the aim of enhancing company brand value and market share.
In his spare time, Lee enjoys taking part in triathlons, horse events and cycling, as well as watching horseracing and rugby.

Emma has over 20 years’ experience at senior management level traversing the sports, hospitality and leisure industries.
She has successfully delivered change management and research projects, created and maintained safe operating procedures and practices for high-risk environments, operated large-scale national sporting events, led corporate communications and social media campaigns, and has been responsible for medium and large scale teams across a range of business ownership structures.
No ‘one trick pony’, Emma has a vast array of skills to help you run your business, save time, become more efficient and productive. There is very little Emma cannot do for you, although her strengths and passion reside in copy and content writing, social media management, marketing, research (aka ‘Miss Marple’), all manner of office administration and generally being helpful.
When not in the office, Emma enjoys ferrying her son to a variety of sporting activities, walking her retired racing Greyhound, named William, and volunteering with the local mini rugby team.
